Refund and Return Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Plants
    • If you notice any damage or defects in the plants at the time of pickup, please inform us immediately. We will either replace the plants or issue a refund.
  2. Incorrect Orders
    • If you receive the wrong plants or your order is missing items, please notify us at the time of pickup. We will arrange for the correct items to be provided or issue a refund for the missing items.
  3. Unhealthy Plants
    • If your plants appear unhealthy within 7 days of pickup, please contact us. We may ask for photos and additional information about the plant’s condition and the care provided. If the plants were unhealthy at the time of pickup, we will replace them or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Change of Mind
    • We do not offer refunds for plants purchased if you change your mind after the purchase.
  2. Improper Plant Care
    • Refunds will not be provided for plants that do not thrive due to improper care, planting in unsuitable environments, or lack of maintenance after pickup.

Refund and Return Process

  1. At Pickup
    • Inspect your plants carefully at the time of pickup. If you notice any issues, inform us immediately so we can address them on the spot.
  2. After Pickup
    • If you notice any problems with your plants within 7 days of pickup, contact us at info@high-fivefarms.com or 570-850-1967. Please include photos of the plants and a description of the issue.
  3. Assessment
    • We will assess your claim and determine the appropriate action. This may include providing replacement plants, issuing a refund, or offering care advice to help the plants recover.
  4. Resolution
    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Additional Information

  • Seasonal Considerations
    • Please note that some plants may go dormant during certain seasons. Dormancy is a natural process and does not indicate that the plant is dead or unhealthy. Refunds will not be provided for dormant plants.
